Summer fun at Wesley Playhouse

SUMMER may have gone too quickly for children enjoying a special holiday club at the Wesley Playhouse.
Youngsters had fun playing games, doing crafts, singing and hearing Bible stories at the Chatterbox Holiday Club at the playhouse at Howden Clough Methodist Church, and enjoyed spending time in the Noah's Ark in the chapel.

And guests from nearby Morley Community Church were also invited to join the fun.

Volunteers at the playhouse in Nab Lane gave more than 150 hours to the week-long project to help make it a success, supervising the children and providing transport.

Project manager Caroline Holt said that the week had gone very well.
