The National Health Service matters to me. It was set up because Bevan thought that a nation that didn’t provide health care for its people was not civilized.

Private companies like Virgin, InHealth, Serco Circle, Spire and the rest are not the NHS. They are only out for the money.

They have no interest in patients except how much they are worth financially, that is how much the Government is prepared to pay for them. Rumour has it in some areas, there is a cut-off number of NHS patients, a firm will treat.

I would like our North Kirklees Clinical Commissioning Group to adopt into their constitution the guidelines written by lawyers on behalf of the public, and funded by ordinary people clubbing together within the organisation 38degrees.These guidelines will help them commission services in an ethical and non-destructive way.
