Letter: An inspiring audience
A big ‘thank you’ to everyone who came to support Carlinghow Theatre Company’s production of Follies at Batley Town Hall.
The cast were inspired to see an audience so large on each night for a show that may have been unfamiliar to some.
Ticket sales were even higher than for our production of 42nd Street in 2011 – we thank you!
Our director Nigel Dixon was the driving force behind this ambitious production and his commitment and enthusiasm made for a memorable show for all cast members and, we hope, for you, our audience and supporters.
We look forward to seeing you again at Batley Town Hall for our Pantomime Cinderella in January.
