WHEN I was selected by the local Conservative Association, my family home was in Kent and my children are currently educated there.

I do not believe any responsible parent would move their family for a new job unless they had been interviewed successfully and landed the position.
Until the final votes are counted I will not know if my application has been fully successful. In the meantime I have to continue to earn a living.
The promise I made to the local Conservatives was that I would take a property in the constituency, reside here at least three days per week to carry out campaigning.
I have a property in Gomersal and am registered on the electoral roll. I spend absolutely as many days as possible in the constituency whilst maintaining my business in and around London. That is not unlike the exact timetable I would be required to follow as your MP.
JANICE SMALL
Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for the
Conservatives.
