Cycling charity Streetbikes has received a £12,000 donation from Asda in Dewsbury to buy two specially adapted wheelchair bikes and a van.
The store was given the funds by the Asda Foundation, which supports projects and good causes across the UK.
Streetbikes co-ordinator Gill Greaves said: “We’re really grateful to the Asda Foundation and colleagues at Asda Dewsbury. The adapted wheelchair bikes will give people of limited mobility the chance to enjoy cycling, whilst the new van will help us to transport our equipment to areas of the community which need it the most.”
