Youngsters from a Birstall school stepped out of the classroom and into the kitchen to try their hands at making pizzas.
Year four pupils from Birstall Primary Academy, pictured, visited Aldo’s Pizzeria, in Cleckheaton, for a taster session in making the cuisine.
Principle Kyrstie Joslin took three classes to the restaurant.
She said: “Every single one of the pupils made their own pizzas and got a chance to ask questions about the most popular dishes. It was great fun and the owners were very generous in letting us come down.”
