Keep up fouling fight
COULD I express my thanks to Coun Lowe for continuing to highlight the ongoing problem of dog mess on our streets ('Don't foul up', News, January 28).
I remember some months ago when she organised maps in the library and at a public meeting giving people the chance to point out grot spots – including areas of dog fouling. So it's good to see that she is not letting the matter rest.
She is quite right in saying that it is a health risk but in my book not clearing up after your dog is just plain anti-social behaviour.
And she is the owner of a charming looking puppy herself!
Well done Gwen, keep up the good work.
