Ray Winstone is among a host of celebrities and sporting personalities supporting National Air Ambulance Week.
The Association of Air Ambulances has produced a short video montage of 17 celebrities and sports personalities who have pledged support for their local Air Ambulance charity.
National Air Ambulance Week, which takes place between September 23 and 29, supports air ambulance charities across the country.
Jane Gurney, from the association, said: “The Association members’ network of celebrities has taken the time to send messages of support for their local Air Ambulances, which we thank them for. This is a real honour and truly helps celebrate the work of the charities and ambulance services. This fantastic short film has been produced to highlight the work of the Air Ambulance network across the UK.
“We would like as many supporters to tweet, like and share the footage to highlight the fact 70 patients on average per day in the UK are cared for by the charity funded Air Ambulances.”
