Restaurant gives books to Batley school

A generous donation of books has been given to a school by a Birstall restaurant.

Frankie and Benny’s gave pupils at Brownhill Infant School new books worth £300.

Sketch, the Frankie and Benny’s mascot, visited the pupils to deliver their new books.

Frankie and Benny’s area marketing manager Fiona Holleyhead said: “We are looking beyond being a restaurant and actively seek to play a part in the communities we serve.”
