Batley Bulldogs will stand by two players who were banned for breaching rugby league’s betting rules.
Full-back and winger Johnny Campbell was suspended for 12 months by an RFL operational rules tribunal and centre Ayden Faal was given a six-month ban.
Bulldogs general manager Paul Harrison said the players’ welfare was a priority for the club.
PLUS: The Candyman shop will close next month – marking the end of an era for Batley Shopping Centre, in Alfred’s Way.
The newsagents will cease trading after 33 years and is the last shop in the Batley Shopping Centre.
