CRASH: Two cars collided in Bradford Road, Liversedge, leaving a three-year-old girl with a minor injury.

A TODDLER was injured when two cars collided in Liversedge at the weekend.

A three-year old girl suffered a slight injury in the crash, which happened near the road’s junction with Listing Lane, Liversedge.

The accident caused part of Bradford Road to be closed and drivers diverted while police dealt with the accident.

A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said two vehicles, a Peugeot 206 and an Audi A3, collided at around 2.30pm on Sunday.

Drivers were diverted as police temporarily closed Bradford Road to clear up a diesel spill.

The spokesman said the road reopened at 4pm.
