Cruel yobs are thought to have ripped the beak off a Canadian goose in a “vicious attack”.

Jason Margrave visited Wilton Park, in Batley, where he found the goose was missing the bottom part of its beak.

Mr Margrave was told a group of teenagers had attacked the goose, and killed another goose just weeks earlier.

ALSO: A daughter is urging women to sign up to Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life ahead of Mother’s Day.

Jessica Hartley lost her mum, Carol, to cancer 18 months ago and wants to encourage more women to support the charity.
