Children celebrated the arrival of the year of the horse with fun crafts and tasty treats.
To mark Chinese New Year on Friday, pupils at Dale House School held a special assembly and enjoyed prawn crackers and spring rolls for lunch – as well as horse-shaped biscuits.
The Ruby Street school also explored what it would be like to live in China.
And at Bagshaw Museum on Saturday, youngsters continued the celebrations with a fun craft session.
Visitors to the Wilton Park museum made Chinese lanterns and had a go at using chopsticks.
