RISING Sun Liversedge remain four points clear in Heavy Woollen Gate League Division Three after a 7-2 home win over Batley Celtics last Sunday.
Steve Alderson (two), Daniel Gannon (two), Matthew Softley, Tom Bentley and Paul Bamford saw Sun ease to maximum points.

Tim Blackburn (two) and Nick Grogan scored as second-placed St Ignatius won 3-1 at Crown Leeds Road Reserves (Jamie Baulk).

Taylor Street maintained their unbeaten league record to stay well in the promotion race after a 3-0 victory at Overthorpe Town Reserves.

Aamir Navsarka (two) and Asaf Navsarka struck for third-placed Taylor Street, who now trail the leaders by seven points but still have four games in hand.

Queens Hotel won 4-2 at Belle Vue thanks to Liam Downes, Jamie Maude, Richard Naylor, plus an own goal.

Liam Ineson bagged both goals for Belle Vue.

Ryan Russell, Alistair Drew, Craig Russell and James Sands all scored twice as West End Rangers thrashed Ravensthorpe All Stars 10-1.

Ashley Barnes and Steve McGowan also struck for Rangers while Ehsan Zeb fired the All Stars’ consolation.
