SHAW Cross Sharks play their first home National Conference game of the season when they entertain Saddleworth Rangers in Division One at Leeds Road on Saturday (2.30pm).
The Sharks, who opened their campaign with an encouraging win in Cumbria against Millom, should have a stronger squad available.
John Rourke could well be back and Under-18 tourists Joe Diskin and Danny Rowse are also available. The question might well be who to leave out.
The Sharks have a slight advantage in that they played two weeks ago while Saddleworth have not yet played because there is an odd number of teams in the division.
However, another win would set the Cross season moving nicely and raise hopes for a strong promotion bid.
Premier Division Thornhill Trojans, who have had a slow start, meet East Hull at Overthorpe Park looking for their first win of the season.
