Batley Bulldogs edged out by Toulouse Olympique

BATLEY Bulldogs were edged out 42-40 by Toulouse Olympique at Mount Pleasant on Tuesday in a rearranged Co-operative Championship clash.

In an error-strewn game the Bulldogs trailed 26-24 at the break before a converted try two minutes from time saw the visitors snatch the points.

Danny Maun scored two tries while Josh Griffin, Mark Toohey, Jason Walton, Jonny Campbell and Mick Govin also touched down. Gareth Moore landed six goals.
