Huddersfield Town begin search for new manager

HUDDERSFIELD Town have started the search for a new manager following Wednesday’s surprise sacking of Lee Clark.

Radio phone-ins and fans internet message boards have been inundated with speculation on who the new boss might be.

Among the early bookies favourites is Neil Warnock, who is out of work following his recent dismissal from Premier League outfit QPR.

Warnock guided the Terriers to two Wembley appearances and a promotion during his first spell in charge between 1993-95.

Mick McCarthy, who was sacked by Wolves last weekend, is another manager being mentioned, while a third is Simon Grayson, who guided Leeds United to promotion from League One in 2010 but is also recently out of work after he was dismissed by the Elland Road club.

Who would you like as the new Town manager? Tell us below.
