Mount Pleasant beat freeze and White Horse to take second spot
MOUNT Pleasant moved up to second place in Division Three of the Heavy Woollen Sunday Football League with a 3-1 win at White Horse.
It was the only game in the league to beat the freeze last Sunday and the trip to Bradley proved profitable for the visitors.
Goals from Suleman Laher, Adam Ali Ravat and Ali Rawat saw Mount Pleasant up to second place above their hosts, two points behind leaders Battyeford Reserves with a game in hand.
Dale Joy hit a consolation goal for White Horse who drop to third place, three points adrift of Mount Pleasant.
