Students will celebrate youth

Students from the Heckmondwike based Stuart Stage School take to the stage at the Theatre Royal Wakefield this weekend.

The show, A Celebration of Youth, has been organised by dance teachers Sally Bemrose and Debra Haigh in aid of Kirkwood Hospice.

Performing alongside the Heckmondwike theatre school are students from Wakefield based Angela Reynolds School of Dance, Bright Spark Theatre Academy and the West Yorkshire Theatre Dance Centre, and EntertainiaTheatre School will travel from Blackpool to take part in the event.

The show promises to be an exciting evening of song and dance with short excerpts from Billy Elliot, We Will Rock You, Matilda, and many more.
