Jodie Hudson has been missing from home since Wednesday morning.

Police are urgently appealing for information to help trace a woman missing from her home in Batley.

Jodie Hudson, 36, was last seen at 7.20am at her Batley home on yesterday morning (Wednesday).

Jodie is described as a white, 5ft 1ins tall, of slim build with shoulder length auburn hair and blue eyes.

She has a tattoo of flowers on her lower back and a tattoo of small footprints on her right foot which go to the ankle.

She was last seen wearing a neon yellow top, 3/4 length black jogging bottoms and bright orange New Balance trainers.

Detective Chief Inspector Ian Scott of the Homicide and Major Team said; “We are concerned for Jodie’s safety.

“It is out of character for her not to be in touch with her family and friends and it is possible she may have travelled anywhere across the country.

“I appeal to anyone who has seen or heard from her since yesterday morning, or who may know where she is now to get in contact.

“I would equally appeal directly to Jodie to contact police to let us know that she is OK. Enquiries are ongoing.”

It is believed Jodie could be in the Settle area.

Anyone with any information, or who may have seen or heard from Jodie since yesterday morning is asked to call police via 101 quoting 1380 of July 6.
