Man’s jaw fractured in street attack

A MAN had his jaw fractured when he was attacked in Dewsbury town centre.

The 22-year-old was waiting for a taxi home after spending the evening drinking in the town.

He had visited McDonalds and was outside Crown Taxis in South Street when he was assaulted at around 5.30am on Saturday April 16.

Police have now released details of the attacker, who left the man with a fractured jaw.

The suspect is a white man in his late teens or early twenties, around 5ft 9ins tall and of slim build. He had bright ginger hair, shaved to a V at the back and a tattoo of three stars behind one ear.

He wore light blue skinny jeans, pumps and a cream coloured long-sleeved top.
