Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault in Batley. It happened on Thursday, 20th August at 5.25pm at the junction of Cross Bank Road, Cemetery Road and Blakeridge Lane. A woman was assaulted by a man.

Officers would particularly like to speak to two possible witnesses seen nearby - a man wearing a black fleece and a man in a red Range Rover.
