Two takeaways in Huddersfield Road were shut down last June and another last month after inspectors found evidence of rats and mice on the premises.

All three have since reopened.

A Kirklees Council spokesman said: “The Food Safety Team closed two businesses in Ravensthorpe in June, 2014, for mice and rats.
