Westborough High School GCSE results

Headteacher Jen Napper was pleased after 40 percent of the cohort achieved five A*-C grades, including English and maths.

“Westborough High School continues to build on our exam success. We are delighted for our pupils who have worked incredibly hard to achieve fantastic results. The pupils have high ambitions and now have secured places for further study at A Level. English and science continue to deliver excellent results and a record number of pupils have achieved A* -C in the increasingly important EBacc measure of English, mathematics, science, humanities and languages. 50 percent of pupils gained five A*-C and 40 percent gained five A*- C including English and mathematics. We start the new term with a stronger than ever teaching team and look forward to continuing our journey of success. We would like to congratulate our pupils and wish them the very best of luck for the future,” she said.
