Moor fielded 10 players under the age of 20 but it was the experienced Peter Robinson who set up the opening try, dummying the defence before sending Ash Boddy over for the try. Hooker Bradley Foster converted.

Hunslet tried to hit back but were kept in check by centre pairing James Eatherley and Bartley O’Brian.

Tempers threatened to boil over but the referee did well to keep things in check.

Moor ended the game with a classic try as good build up involving Matt Shaw, Cameron Bruce and Samme saw the ball moved smartly to George Croisdale, who powered past several defenders on his way to scoring the match-clinching try. Moor can now look forward to a quarter-final clash against Sharlston Rovers.
