Sagar leads way for Spenborough road relay team

Spenborough AC sent men's and women's teams to the Yorkshire road relay races, which took place at the new Brownlee Centre in Leeds last Saturday.

A traffic free one mile circuit provides a great venue for cycling and running events.

The men’s race saw 37 teams set off on the first of four three mile legs and among them was Simon Bolland, running a strong race to place Spen 11th.
