Eight general needs; Woodland Court, School Lane, Dewsbury – on site. 46 extra care; Former Fairfield School, Heckmondwike – on site. 53 extra care.

Former Sampson Grange, Liversedge – on site. 28 general needs; Upper Road, Batley – on site. Four general needs; Second Avenue, Windy Bank, Liversedge – on site. Six general needs; Burgh Mill Gardens, Dewsbury Moor – on site. Eight general needs; Foldings Avenue, Scholes, Cleckheaton – on site. 10 general needs; Former Project House, The Combs, Thornhill – on site. 18 general needs; Centenary Way, Batley – to start. 10 general needs.

Some 326 homes are for individuals and smaller families and 140 are for older people needing additional care.
