Well done for Mirfield Show
May I take this opportunity to first thank the Mirfield Show Committee, who like us are all volunteers, for once again providing us with a superb day out on Sunday in spite of the weather. I know how much work is involved.
On behalf of SAVE MIRFIELD I would also like to thank all the visitors to our stall for their valued support. Just a reminder, SAVE MIRFIELD is not against all development but we want sensible sustainable development and improved infrastructure for the town.
We continue to support smaller groups such as the Lady Heton Action Group in their fight to stop developers jamming homes in like sardines with tacit approval from Kirklees. So thanks again to everyone for a great day last Sunday.
