KBW's Khan shocks English champion to book final spot
Khan, who was making his 15th competitive appearance, was selected to fight the experienced Lewicki, from the Sheffield City Boxing Club.
Lewicki was a dominant force in the 75kg category and Khan was making his debut at that weight having previously boxed at 64 and 69kg and the move up was a huge step in terms of power and physical appearance.

In an action packed first round, both boxers exchanged combinations.
It proved the most exciting round of any of the championship fights taking place but Lewicki appeared to get the better of the exchanges towards the end of the round and did enough to win it.
Khan put Lewicki under pressure at the start of the second round, forcing him on to the back foot with nicely placed combinations of uppercuts and hooks drawing blood from his opponent to take the round.
