Leeds United fan Josh Warrington successfully defends English title
Josh Warrington successfully defended his English featherweight title with a unanimous points victory over Slough’s Ian Bailey at Elland Road on Friday night.
Leeds United fan Warrington had the support of a huge home crowd and produced a terrific display to inflict an emphatic victory.
Bailey sustained a nasty cut over his right eye in the eighth round and for a time, it appeared as though the bout would be stopped.
