Oliver Norwood’s spectacular strike on 50 minutes and James Vaughan’s penalty five minutes later put the Terriers in control and although Danny Ings reduced the arrears late on, Mark Robins’ men held on to take the points.

Robins said: “I am really proud of the lads and even if we hadn’t taken the three points I would have been delighted.”
