Liversedge FC manager Jonathan Rimmington.

In their first game since lockdown, Jonathan Rimmington's men were unable to continue their great run in the famous competition as Michael McKeown’s 71st minute strike clinched the home team's place in the next round.

Hebburn had opened the scoring in the first half with Amar Purewal netting in the 31st minute, but Oliver Fearon hit the crossbar for 'Sedge before Thomas Greaves equalised to send his side in level at the break.

Both sides were returning to the competition following its suspension due to the latest national lockdown, but despite a battling effort from the visitors it was Hebburn who held on to stay on track for a possible second consecutive Vase final. They will now face Congleton Town in the fifth round.
