Huddersfield Town slump to Sheffield Wednesday defeat
Huddersfield Town boss Mark Robins bemoaned his side’s “non-existent” attack as they suffered a 2-0 home loss to Championship rivals Sheffield Wednesday.
Town had plenty of the ball but the lack of a cutting edge up front proved costly as Jeremy Helan and Jacques Maghoma netted first and second-half goals for the resurgent Owls.
Adam Clayton came closest to netting for the Terriers, hitting the bar in the last minute, but Robins said: “Our play in the final third was non-existent at times.”
