Heaton extend great run
HANGING Heaton made it a perfect 10 wins out of 10 in Pennine League Division Six last Saturday, defeating Guiseley Rangers 34-6 at Bywell Fields.
Guiseley went into the game just two points behind top-of-the-table Heaton but they proved no match for the home side as they extended their 100 per cent league record.
The title-chasing team, who are based at Hanging Heaton WMC, will be aiming to reach the halfway point in the season with their unbeaten record intact when they travel to mid-table Wetherby Bulldogs this Saturday.
