Nostalgia: Birthday plans in full flight
Nellie Hinchcliffe’s 99th birthday celebrations got off to a flying start with an aerial tour of Batley.
Miss Hinchcliffe, of Woodwell House Old People’s Home, fulfilled her life-long ambition when she got to fly in an aeroplane. The plane circled the town and flew over the home where she lived during the special flight.
